I just finished these. My three-year old granddaughter wants to be a bat for Halloween. They are sturdy and I am pleased with how they turned out. I am thinking it needs a spider for the web, though.
October-November issue of Quilting Arts Magazine included my quilt in its article about Quilt Alliance's Animals We Love.
Through October 24, 2015: I have a piece called "Study in Green" in the All Media exhibit, at the Irvine Fine Art Center.
September 26-27 2015: I will have two quilts and three artful apples at A Harvest of Quilts, Flying Geese Quilters, at Soka University, Aliso Viejo.
October 8-10 2015: I will have a quilt in the Oasis exhibit at Quiltfest Oasis, at the Palm Springs Convention Center, Palm Springs.
October 29-November 1, 2015: I will have a quilt in the Affinity special exhibit at the International Quilt Festival, Houston TX. The name of my quilt is "Spring Comes Late."

One year I got spider buttons at Jo Ann's Fabric for a small wall hanging! The bat wings are sooooooo cute! Love them!m
Thanks, Karen. I found spider buttons at Joann's, too. Yay!
