These were taken during our trip back east, which included a stay in central NY. The chickens and goats were out and about!

I recently had (for the first time in my life) eggs straight from the farm. Yes, there is a difference. Can't get them where I live, however.

Yes, the eggplant salad was delicious; I had it for lunch today. So easy!
